Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a VP, Product Operations to lead planning, governance, and execution across Product and Engineering, reporting to the CPTO. You will partner with leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy to improve visibility, prioritization, and outcomes, driving continuous improvement and scalable operating rhythms.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, operational standards, and collaboration with SaaS healthcare technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing Product portfolio planning across Product and Engineering.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning discussions and portfolio reviews.
• Establish governance frameworks for transparency and alignment.
• Develop and maintain portfolio performance reporting and executive insights.
• Coach and develop Product Operations teams toward operational excellence.
