Caring for People Services seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and strengthen operations across Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services. This executive will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, client/patient experience, and financial performance across regions, partnering with executives to drive growth and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Proven success managing multiple locations, service lines, or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to improve staffing, service delivery, operational accountability, and financial performance.
• Working knowledge of payer authorizations, scheduling, documentation, EVV, and revenue cycle processes.
• Ability to interpret budgets, KPIs, and performance reports and translate findings into measurable operational improvements.
• Experience partnering with licensed clinical leaders on operational, quality, and compliance initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between service locations (approximately 20–25%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations across Home Care, Home Healthcare, and Infusion Services with clear expectations and performance standards.
• Standardize workflows while meeting service-line regulatory requirements.
• Identify barriers and drive measurable improvements across regions and locations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and corrective action plans.
• Oversee referral intake, scheduling, staffing, authorizations, and timely service initiation.
• Monitor service reliability, patient satisfaction, complaints, and retention.
• Coordinate care transitions with clinical leadership and strengthen referral relationships.
• Align staffing capacity with service demand in partnership with clinical leadership.
• Maintain coverage plans and escalation procedures for staffing shortages and after-hours needs.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, and succession planning.
• Develop operational leaders who promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee scheduling, payer authorization tracking, EVV, and documentation completion; address gaps and errors.
• Collaborate with Billing and Finance to improve billing accuracy and reduce revenue loss.
• Translate growth strategies into scalable processes supporting expansion and integration.
• Support quality, audits, accreditation, and risk management with timely actions and documentation.
