Companion Pet Partners is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to drive performance and growth across our network of veterinary hospitals. This executive will oversee enterprise-level P&L, partner with Finance, People, Operations, Marketing and Facilities, and guide the organization toward sustainable growth and exceptional client and patient care.

The SVP will lead the operating model, manage acquisitions integration, capital projects, and facilities strategy, building scalable systems

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership.
• Experience overseeing a large, geographically dispersed, multi-site organization.
• Demonstrated responsibility for significant P&L ownership.
• Experience managing a network of multi-site veterinary medicine hospitals is preferred.
• Experience translating acquisition strategy into operational execution.
• Comfortable presenting operating performance and investment recommendations to executive leadership/board.

Responsabilités

• Own operating performance and P&L for the entire veterinary hospital portfolio.
• Lead enterprise operating model and capital initiatives.
• Integrate acquisitions into operating model while preserving key personnel.
• Oversee facilities strategy, major CAPEX projects, renovations and expansions.
• Partner with CFO/Finance leadership on investment decisions and ROI analyses.
• Build scalable systems and eliminate operational inefficiencies.
