Better at Home LLC is seeking an Operations & Care Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our agency. In a hybrid leadership role, you will run daily office operations, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and support caregivers, while also conducting supervisory visits and providing emergency direct care when needed.

You will be highly organized and empathetic, thriving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, shaping the quality of care in your community.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of hands-on caregiving, home health, or hospital experience.
• Experience in office management or care coordination with EMR/scheduling tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily office operations, manage caregiver schedules, ensure shift coverage, and maintain EMR records.
• Conduct on-site supervisory visits and client assessments in the field.
• Provide emergency direct care and support to the team as needed.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for caregivers.
