Z1 Tech is seeking an ambitious Vice President, App Partnerships and Growth to lead our mobile supply acquisition and strategic demand integration, scaling the global ecosystem with direct publisher deals and key partnerships across mediation platforms, DSPs, and programmatic ad networks.

You will leverage a deep Rolodex of C‑level monetization leads, drive technical integration strategies (OpenRTB, SDKs, API integrations, server‑side bidding), and own the full sales cycle to consistently exceed

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Mobile AdTech / Programmatic.
• Extensive Rolodex of senior monetization decision-makers.
• Deep technical fluency across OpenRTB, SDKs, APIs, and server-side bidding.
• Commercial deal architect with a track record of closing high-stakes agreements.
• Executive presence for C-suite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Direct In-App Supply: negotiate and close enterprise-level deals with top mobile app developers and publishers.
• Activate Industry Network: leverage relationships to accelerate deal cycles and contracts.
• Lead Technical Integration Strategy: close deals across OpenRTB, direct SDKs, and mediation stacks.
• Secure Mediation Demand Integrations: partner with top mediation platforms and DSPs to maximize bid density.
• Drive Bidder Certification & Approvals: navigate partner approvals to become an approved in-app bidder.
• Full Sales Lifecycle & Pipeline Ownership: forecast, structure rev-share deals, and exceed revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Ad Ops, Solutions Eng, and Product to optimize performance.
• Market Intelligence & Presence: represent the company at events and provide feedback for roadmap.
