Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a strategically minded leader to manage and grow a high-value partner ecosystem. You will drive pipeline, revenue, and market influence by optimizing existing partnerships and forging new alliances across AI, retail media, social commerce, consultancies, agencies, tech providers and investors.

The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Client Services. This remote, work-from-home position requires base US location for travel to client meetings

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Proven ability to own pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partnerships.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own AP's portfolio of partnerships with governance, health, renewals and executive engagement.
• Develop new partnerships across adjacent ecosystems to create routes to market.
• Manage partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Client Services to align partner activity.
• Represent AP at conferences and industry events.
