Job summary

Zynga is seeking a high-velocity, sales-driven Programmatic Sales Manager to accelerate revenue across its programmatic direct offerings. You will build strategic relationships with agency leadership, trading desks, DSP/SSP teams, and Retail Media partners, while co-selling with the AE team to grow demand and negotiate high-margin deals.

You will own growth across DSPs/SSPs, educate commercial teams, and craft proactive, data-driven programmatic packages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital/mobile ad sales with 3+ years in programmatic sales (PMP, PG, preferred deals).
• Proven closing track record: ability to drive pipeline growth and hit revenue quotas.
• Active agency, DSP, SSP networks with strong relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own programmatic growth and demand across DSPs, SSPs, and Retail Media networks.
• Lead agency leadership strategy, evangelism, and marketplace deals.
• Co-sell with Account Executives and support high-value RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with Sales Marketing, Yield, and Operations to build data-driven packages.
• Monitor deal performance and translate wins into revenue.
• Participate in client meetings as the programmatic deal expert.
