Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President to scale the AI Transformation Community of Practice, delivering the program end to end and driving measurable business value. You will partner with senior leaders to structure ambiguous problems, align capabilities, and enable rapid, repeatable execution across the enterprise.

You will own the operating cadence, flagship summit, and governance, while ensuring executive-ready reporting and knowledge capture across the AI transformation portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior-audience program delivery or transformation leadership.
• Experience running an operating cadence for executives and post-event knowledge sharing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, governance, risk and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and operations of the community end to end, partnering with the Executive Director and driving capacity, budget, and partnerships.
• Structure ambiguous leader problems into clear statements and mobilize the right people.
• Design and own the operating cadence for the flagship summit, deep-dive sessions, and virtual community.
• Maintain a single view of AI Transformation Leads across businesses and functions.
• Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, and risk/issue register.
• Deliver the flagship summit end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on barriers, time to capability, and value realization.
• Capture knowledge across touchpoints and route patterns to content owners.
• Manage the program budget with finance, and oversee vendor relationships and SOWs.
• Coordinate with executive development to align cadence and logistics.
