Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President, AI Transformation Community of Practice – Program Manager to own the delivery and operations of the community, ensuring it runs and runs well.

You will anticipate leaders' needs, structure ambiguous problems, connect capabilities across the organization, and translate judgment into a crisp operating cadence. You will report directly to the Executive Director, AI Transformation Community of Practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior-audience program, forum, or transformation delivery in a complex enterprise and strategy, consulting, or AI transformation leadership.
• Experience owning an operating cadence for an executive audience, including roster management and run of show through post-event knowledge capture.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and operations of the community end to end, partnering with the Executive Director who holds overall accountability for the community and owns the content and curriculum agenda.
• Structure ambiguous problems leaders bring into crisp problem statements and connect the dots across businesses to mobilize the right people.
• Design and own the operating cadence for the summit, deep-dive sessions, and the always-on virtual community.
• Maintain the authoritative single view of AI Transformation Leads across businesses and functions: roster, sponsors, initiatives, and engagement history.
• Build and manage the integrated program plan, milestone map, and risk/issue register; escalate blockers with options.
• Deliver the flagship summit end to end, partnering with strategy and events colleagues on venue, production, and run of show.
• Stand up and run executive-ready reporting to senior sponsors on progress: barriers removed, time to capability, and cross-business reuse.
• Own knowledge-capture mechanisms and routing of insights to content owners and capability roadmaps.
• Manage the program budget with finance on plan vs actual, forecast, and spend-risk reporting; oversee vendor management and SOs.
• Serve as operating counterpart to executive development, ensuring cadence and logistics integrate with broader senior-leader offerings.
