Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience delivering programs for senior audiences in complex enterprises (strategy, consulting, or AI transformation leadership).
• Experience owning an operating cadence for an executive audience from roster management to run of show and post-event capture.
• Experience with program governance, integrated planning, risk/dependency management, and executive-ready reporting.
• Experience preparing decision-ready materials for business heads and senior executives with clear asks and status updates.
• Experience managing a program budget (plan vs. actual, forecasting, spend-risk reporting) with a finance partner.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and forming viewpoints on its enterprise use.

Aufgaben

• Own delivery and operations of the AI Transformation CoP end-to-end, coordinating with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams.
• Structure ambiguous problems into crisp statements and connect across businesses to mobilize the right people.
• Design and run the operating cadence (summit, deep-dive sessions, and virtual community) and the decision forums and artifacts.
• Maintain a single authoritative view of AI Transformation Leads across orgs: roster, sponsors, initiatives, and engagement history.
• Build and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, and risk/issue register; escalate blockers with options and trade-offs.
• Deliver the flagship summit end-to-end, collaborating with strategy and events on venue, production, and run of show.
• Stand up executive-ready reporting to senior sponsors on barriers removed, time to capability, cross-business reuse, and value delivery.
• Own knowledge-capture mechanisms and routing of insights to content slate and capability owners.
• Manage the program budget in partnership with finance and oversee vendor management and SLAs.
• Coordinate with executive development teams to align cadence and logistics with broader senior-leader offerings.
