Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Program Manager - Innovation & AI Transformation to lead cross-functional transformation programs within Controls Room. You will embed AI and automation into workflows, partnering with the three lines of defense to improve control management outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong command of AI and automation technologies and emerging tools.
• Ability to define outcomes, metrics, and KPIs using data to track progress.
• Experience applying AI/automation to knowledge/workflow-heavy processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programs across control management processes.
• Diagnose end-to-end workflows to identify root causes and define outcomes and KPIs.
• Size and shape use cases into executable roadmaps with milestones and success measures.
• Design fit-for-purpose solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology; articulate trade-offs.
• Define operating model changes embedding AI into day-to-day work and escalation paths.
• Own program delivery and governance, including plans, risks, dependencies, and executive status updates.
• Drive decisions to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes on time and with quality.
• Partner across lines of defense and corporate functions to align priorities and execute responsibly.
• Track benefits and value realization; produce roadmaps, reporting, and dashboards.
