Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President, Program Manager – Innovation & AI Transformation in Jersey City to lead cross-functional transformation programs that modernize risk and control workflows.

You will embed AI and automation, collaborate across lines of defense, and translate opportunities into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. You will partner with Control Management to strengthen existing controls, design scalable solutions, and manage governance from pilot to scale,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of current AI and automation technologies and emerging tools.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and KPI definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled transformation programs across control management processes embedding AI and automation into workflows.
• Diagnose end-to-end workflows to identify root causes, baseline performance, and define outcomes with KPIs.
• Translate opportunities into executable roadmaps with requirements, milestones, and success measures.
• Design solutions across people, process, operating model, data, and technology with cost–risk trade-offs.
• Define operating model changes that embed AI into day-to-day work, including roles and handoffs.
• Oversee program delivery and governance, including plans, risks, issues, and executive status updates.
• Drive decisions to maintain momentum and deliver outcomes on time and with quality.
• Partner across lines of defense and business functions to align priorities and ensure responsible execution.
• Track benefits and value realization, reporting progress and iterating based on data.
• Produce roadmaps, reporting, and dashboards for stakeholders.
