Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape onCourse, an AI-native platform for higher education. The role targets a product-led executive to build a growth business by leveraging strong university relationships, data assets, and global reach.

You will own strategy, roadmap, and revenue growth, partnering with Technology, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, pipeline, and commercial success across campuses and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership within higher education technology, enterprise edtech, or SaaS.
• Experience leading a business unit, product strategy, or GM functions.
• Proven ability to launch or scale disruptive software products or ventures.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, and revenue growth for onCourse and related Teaching & Learning opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, and growth model with clear priorities.
• Set product vision and roadmap in partnership with Technology based on customer needs and market opportunity.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation to drive adoption.
• Own revenue planning, go-to-market, pricing, and sales enablement with cross-functional teams.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, and strategic prospects to accelerate validation and pipeline growth.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and predictable commercial performance.
• Lead an integrated team across sales, product management, and product marketing while coordinating with AI, content, and operations.
