Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Vice President, Teaching & Learning to shape onCourse, an AI-native platform for higher education. You will lead strategy, GTM, and revenue growth, partnering with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Academic partners to drive adoption and scale.

Ideally you bring 10+ years in edtech leadership, proven experience building or scaling software ventures, and a strong network with universities and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in higher education tech, enterprise edtech, or related market.
• 5+ years of experience leading a business unit, product strategy, or general management.
• Demonstrated experience launching or scaling a disruptive software product or venture.
• Experience owning or contributing to go-to-market, pricing, and pipeline strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the business strategy, product direction, and revenue growth for onCourse and related Teaching & Learning opportunities.
• Define market focus, customer segments, value proposition, and growth model.
• Set product vision and roadmap priorities in partnership with Technology and commercial teams.
• Lead customer discovery, design partner engagement, and product-market fit validation.
• Own the revenue plan, go-to-market approach, pricing, and pipeline strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Develop executive relationships with universities, design partners, and strategic prospects to accelerate validation and market credibility.
