Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to oversee a global marketing function that drives rapid, profitable growth by uniting demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a unified data-driven plan.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B marketing, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and experience with enterprise buyers in regulated industries. Remote-first with hubs in NYC/Santa Barbara/London; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a comparable size and 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets, ideally marketing AI-native services.
• Full-Funnel Leadership: ownership of brand, positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and content, with a track record of hitting marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Experience running account-based, multi-touch campaigns for C-suite personas in regulated industries.
• Experience leading a marketing function across NAMER and EMEA with an experimentation mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead a World-Class Marketing Organization across NAMER and EMEA, recruiting and developing top marketers.
• Own the Growth Number: set annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue with actionable dashboards.
• Power a Global Demand Engine: design segmented demand generation strategy including ABM and hosted events.
• Define Ontra's Story: lead positioning, messaging, and content strategy to strengthen brand.
• Align Across the Go-To-Market Team with Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops.
