Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead a global marketing function in a remote-first environment with office hubs in NYC, Santa Barbara, and London. You will unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a single data-driven plan.

The role demands 12+ years in B2B marketing, 5+ years of team leadership, and a proven ability to deliver marketing services to enterprise buyers across NAMER and EMEA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
• 3+ years delivering marketing services to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets.
• Full-funnel ownership across brand, demand, product marketing and content.

Responsibilities

• Lead a World-Class Marketing Organization of ~12 professionals.
• Own growth targets: marketing pipeline and revenue.
• Design a global demand engine across NAMER and EMEA with ABM.
• Define Ontra's story: positioning, messaging, content strategy.
• Align GO-to-Market teams to optimize funnel from MQL to close.
