Ontra, a leader in AI-powered private markets solutions, seeks a VP of Marketing to oversee a global marketing function. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and focuses on uniting demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a single data-driven operating plan.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a comparable size.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets.
• Proven ownership of a full marketing remit: brand, demand, product marketing and content.

Responsabilités

• Lead a global marketing organization and drive profitable growth.
• Unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a data-driven plan.
• Set annual targets for marketing-generated pipeline and revenue with clear OKRs.
• Design and run a segmented demand engine across NAMER and EMEA with ABM and lifecycle marketing.
• Align go-to-market with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize funnel performance.
