Job summary

Ontra, a leader in AI-native solutions for private markets, seeks a VP of Marketing to drive rapid, profitable growth and unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, and events under a data-driven plan.

The role leads a 12-person team globally, setting targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue and shaping Ontra's storytelling. Remote-first with hubs in NYC, Santa Barbara, and London; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, including leadership roles
• 5+ years leading cross-functional marketing teams of similar size
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a global marketing function spanning demand gen, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications
• Set annual targets for pipeline and revenue, define funnel metrics and OKRs
• Own go-to-market strategy for NAMER and EMEA with ABM and hosted events
• Partner with Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize pipeline-to-close
• Build and mentor a 12-person marketing team to drive growth
