Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a similar size.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience in legal tech, private equity, or private markets, ideally marketing AI-native services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class marketing organization across multiple sub-functions.
• Own annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Power a global demand engine across NAMER and EMEA with ABM and lifecycle marketing.
• Define Ontra's story via positioning, messaging, and content strategy.
• Align with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to optimize funnel performance.
