Ontra seeks a VP, Marketing to lead a global marketing function and drive rapid, profitable growth. You will unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a data-driven operating plan.

You will own the growth number, set targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, and lead a team of 12 across NAMER and EMEA. Remote-first with NYC, Santa Barbara, and London hubs.

Competenze

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading teams of a comparable size.
• Experience marketing AI-native services or in regulated industries.

Mansioni

• Lead a global marketing organization of 12+ professionals across sub-functions.
• Set annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, with OKRs.
• Design segmented demand generation across NAMER and EMEA, employing ABM and lifecycle marketing.
• Define messaging, positioning, and content strategy to strengthen brand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize funnel performance.
