Job summary

Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead a global function driving rapid, profitable growth across demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications. You will unite these sub-functions under a data-driven operating plan and own the growth number with accountable funnel metrics.

You will manage a team of 12 across NAMER and EMEA, shape positioning and messaging, align with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops, and set ambitious pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience across NAMER and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel marketing remit across brand, demand, product marketing, content, events, and communications.
• Set and own marketing targets including pipeline and revenue.
• Lead segmented demand generation across NAMER and EMEA with ABM and lifecycle programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships and GTM Ops to optimize funnel from MQL to close.
