Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to build a global, data-driven marketing function that unites demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications to drive rapid, profitable growth for AI-native services in private markets. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and leads a 12-person team across NAMER and EMEA.

You will set annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue, define funnel metrics, and partner with GTM Ops on performance dashboards,

Qualificações

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.
• Experience leading AI-native or legal tech marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a world-class marketing organization across multiple sub-functions.
• Own growth targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Power a global demand engine with segmented strategies (NAMER/EMEA).
• Define Ontra's brand story and messaging for private markets.
• Align GTM with Sales, CX, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize funnel.
