You will manage a team of 12, own growth targets, and align with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Ops to optimize conversion from MQL to close. Remote-first with NYC/Santa Barbara/London hubs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with enterprise focus.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams of a similar size.
• 3+ years marketing services solutions to enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global marketing function and drive rapid, profitable growth.
• Set targets for pipeline and revenue; define funnel metrics and OKRs.
