Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building GenAI solutions and agent orchestration at scale.
• Mastery of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen to build multi-agent workflows.
• Deep expertise in LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and prompt engineering.
• Memory systems including vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Expert-level Python with FastAPI, Node.js, or Go; Docker & Kubernetes experience.

Responsibilities

• Sr Hand-On Engineer acts as catalyst in building and deploying AI Agents at scale.
• Collaborate across divisions to align AI solutions with POCs and accelerate adoption.
• Evaluate Gen AI technologies and prototype solutions to improve architecture and platform.
• Design, implement and operate distributed, scalable data flows for AI agents.
