Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Technology division seeks an Agentic AI Developer at VP level to design, build and support AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations across enterprise platforms. You will work with engineering, data and security teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes Generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, retrieval patterns, and enterprise data integration, with strong emphasis on secure engineering practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python and other languages.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
• Experience building or integrating APIs, backend services, data pipelines or enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompts and enterprise data sources.
• Develop Python services, APIs and integrations to support AI use cases.
• Participate in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle with design, coding, testing and deployment.
