Job summary

Morgan Stanley is building a firmwide AI Development Platform. The platform engineering specialist will enable scalable, secure AI solutions across the enterprise, leveraging Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, and Python-based frameworks.

The role emphasizes GenAI capabilities, REST services, and robust DevOps practices across cloud environments. You will collaborate with global teams to deploy secure AI workloads, develop reusable tooling, and drive platform adoption while maintaining high

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong hands-on development background in Python (Flask or FASTAPI).
Experience deploying Kubernetes workloads on OpenShift and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop tooling and self-service capabilities for deploying AI solutions using Kubernetes/OpenShift, Python, APIs, and REST.
Create Terraform modules and secure cloud architecture for scalable AI deployment.
Scale Generative AI use cases with pre-trained and fine-tuned models; integrate vector stores for embeddings.
Develop modern containerized workloads with Kubernetes/OpenShift and design robust security practices.
Document architecture decisions and product selections; ensure reliability, observability, and on-call readiness.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and on-call rotation.
