Morgan Stanley is seeking an Agentic AI Developer at VP level to design, build and support AI-enabled solutions across enterprise technology use cases. You will work with engineering, data, security and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-powered applications and workflows.

The role focuses on GenAI development, API integrations and responsible AI delivery, with an emphasis on practical, maintainable software and reliable performance in a large financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Python and another language.
• Understanding of SDLC, source control, automated testing and code reviews.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and support AI-powered applications, agents and workflow automations using approved Firm platforms and services.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt design, retrieval-based patterns and enterprise data sources.
• Develop Python services, APIs, integrations and reusable components to support AI use cases.
• Participate in the full Software Delivery Lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Technology, data, security, platform, cyber and governance teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Evaluate AI outputs and improve quality, reliability, usability and operational performance.
• Support secure engineering practices, governance reviews, monitoring and risk controls for AI-enabled apps.
• Identify opportunities to use AI responsibly to automate processes and boost productivity.
