Job summary

You will lead governance, change management, and pragmatic delivery, partnering with Global Data & Analytics to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and responsible rollout across the organization.

• Design and operationalize an AI operating model

• Lead change management for blended human-agent work models
• Identify where AI can materially improve workflows and measurable outcomes
• Codify patterns and standards for enterprise-wide adoption
• Lead sessions to educate and energize teams
