This role focuses on capacity, cycle time, quality, and margin, measured by tangible business results rather than tools alone. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• Direct AI implementation experience in production environments.
• Real depth in applied AI, including LLMs, agentic workflows, automation, and integration.
• Ten+ years in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to redesign processes and drive adoption by diverse teams.
• Measurable operating results that finance can verify as real.

Responsibilities

• Redesign core workflows around AI capabilities and establish a digital workforce of virtual workers.
• Lead AI enablement and training across business units; ensure governance and oversight.
• Deliver operating leverage with baselines and measured results in collaboration with Finance.
