Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director of Communications Technology Innovation to lead the AI acceleration agenda for Communications. You will translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable workflows with governance and training to enable responsible adoption.

The role collaborates with Global Tech, Operations, Legal and Brand, and requires hybrid on-site presence as determined by the business.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in AI enablement, marketing technology, digital innovation or related transformation roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Communications, Business or related field; AI experience may be accepted in lieu.
Fluency with generative AI, Copilot, LLMs and related tooling to translate into real use cases.
Strong product mindset and experience moving tools from pilot to adoption with governance and training.
Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, information security and enterprise integration.
Able to partner with technology, legal, brand and vendors and communicate with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy and Adoption Roadmap: build and manage the Communications AI acceleration roadmap.
Identify and scale high‑value AI and automation use cases and reusable agents.
Establish governance, training and change enablement for safe, scalable AI adoption.
Develop practical trainings, playbooks and adoption networks across teams.
Partner with Technology Innovation, Operations and vendors to align with enterprise standards.
Track adoption, quality and productivity to demonstrate impact across Communications.
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and build business cases for priority use cases.
Drive continuous improvement of tools, workflows and standards.
