Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Director of Communications Technology Innovation to lead the AI acceleration agenda for Communications, translating AI capabilities into trusted, scalable workflows. The role reports to the VP of Technology Innovation and Operations and requires hybrid work with on-site presence on a recurring basis.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in AI enablement, marketing technology, digital innovation, communications technology, product management, automation or related transformation roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; AI/transformation experience considered in lieu.
• Fluency with generative AI, Copilot, LLMs, prompt engineering and related platforms.
• Strong product and implementation mindset with governance, training, and documentation experience.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, information security, risk controls and enterprise integration requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Adoption Roadmap: Build and manage the Communications AI acceleration roadmap and govern adoption.
• Practical Use Cases: Identify and scale AI and automation use cases and reusable agents.
• Governance and Enablement: Ensure tools are safe, approved, documented and easy to use.
• Training and Adoption: Develop training, playbooks and change enablement for adoption across teams.
• Technology Partnership: Align AI opportunities with enterprise standards and investments.
• Impact Measurement: Track adoption, quality, productivity and user feedback.
