Qualifications

• 7–10 years in AI enablement, marketing tech, digital innovation, or related transformation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; AI/transformation experience may be considered.
• Fluent with generative AI, Copilot, LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, and communications tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI adoption roadmap for Communications.
• Identify and scale high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Develop governance, training, and enablement to scale AI responsibly.
