Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC) seeks a Vice President in the AI Controls Enablement team within Controls Strategy & Innovation to advance risk-aware AI deployments across Asset & Wealth Management.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex AI concepts into practical, defensible controls. You will develop AI tools with technology partners, run risk reviews, and produce actionable intelligence reports for the AI Controls Council, helping the firm stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of risk or control management experience in financial services.
• Technical fluency in AI, including understanding of models, assumptions, limitations and failure modes.
• Ability to translate complex AI behavior into documented, escalatable and actionable risk findings within a controls framework.
• Capability to implement robust controls to safeguard business operations and meet regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in process and data analysis to enhance control environments and interpret business needs.
• Strong internal stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate with senior Controls leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Project management and operational excellence, including MS Office/Visio proficiency to produce executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools with Citizen Developers and Technology; optimize control frameworks and co-sign tool submissions before deployment.
• Determine the right tool to solve problems considering cost across AI and automation tools to prototype and scale automated controls.
• Run scenario simulations and red-team exercises; establish best practices and standards for AI tool reviews and deployment.
• Assist coordination of the AI Controls Council; produce quarterly AI Controls Intelligence Report for senior leadership and cross-functional visibility.
