Job summary

HP seeks a VP for Agentic AI Systems & Solution Engineering to lead a worldwide engineering team from requirements to production release. You will set architectural direction, manage resources, and drive delivery against customer priorities.

You will own governance, security and enterprise integration while coordinating with PM and division leaders to deliver scalable AI workloads across PC, edge and cloud ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems engineering spanning hardware, firmware, silicon, memory, OS/runtime and software.
• 8+ years leading large globally distributed engineering organizations (100+ people).
• End-to-end delivery across requirements, architecture, development, validation and production release.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering plan from concept through production and sustaining with clear milestones.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead productization, integration, validation and release of software and firmware.
• Manage architecture decisions, trade-offs and measurable performance targets.
