Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. seeks a VP to lead Agentic AI PC architecture and development from concept to production. You will drive workload governance, platform integration, and enterprise security while coordinating with OS, silicon, and product teams.

The role requires extensive leadership of a large, global engineering organization and a proven ability to deliver complex AI-powered solutions across PC, edge, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in complex systems engineering with shipping products
• 8+ years leading large, distributed engineering teams
• End-to-end delivery of AI/Agentic AI systems to production
• Experience with server, data-center or edge infrastructure
• Ability to collaborate with executive leaders and partners

Responsibilities

• Own engineering plan from concept to production and sustaining
• Translate customer needs into requirements and backlogs
• Lead productization, integration, and validation activities
• Drive architecture decisions across four solution areas
• Manage budgets, capacity, and delivery milestones
