Job summary

HP seeks a Vice President for Agentic AI Systems & Solution Engineering to lead a global engineering organization from requirements through production release and sustaining. You will translate customer priorities into technical roadmaps and executable delivery commitments, aligning with PM and product leadership.

You will own architecture, delivery, and security across PC, edge, and cloud, driving best-in-class agentic AI capabilities and enterprise-grade performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems engineering spanning hardware, firmware, silicon, memory, OS/runtime and software, with a track record of shipping platform-level systems.
• 8+ years leading large, globally distributed, matrixed engineering organizations with shared or division-funded resources.
• Experience delivering AI or Agentic AI systems to production with measurable customer impact.
• Direct experience with server, data-center or distributed/edge infrastructure including compute, memory, networking and workload placement.
• Experience building reusable platforms that scale across multiple product lines and deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated engineering plan from concept through production and sustaining, with milestones, owners and release criteria.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements, architecture and prioritized backlogs; set scope and acceptance criteria with product owners.
• Run a disciplined delivery cadence with engineering, program management and validation leaders; manage blockers and recovery plans.
• Lead productization through integration, hardening and validation of customer scenarios; deliver release-ready software/firmware and sustaining handoffs.
