Job summary

Fuze Health, a leader in digital health services, seeks an experienced VP of Call & Clinical Operations to oversee a 24/7, 450+ member team across legacy TruePill and Alto entities. The role focuses on scalable operations, compassionate patient engagement, and compliance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy background and an advanced business/operations degree, with proven ability to lead large hybrid teams and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Executive Leadership: 10+ years of executive experience leading complex clinical call centers or pharmacy ops.
• Scale & Scope: Proven record managing large remote/hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 settings.
• Pharmacy Background: Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist in at least one state.
• Operational Excellence: Expertise in process engineering, quality systems, and scaling operations.
• Compliance & Regulatory: Experience with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Change Management: Ability to navigate cultural alignment and lead transformations.
• Strategic Communication: Define decision rights and influence across a matrix org.
• Education: Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, with 24/7 coverage for 450+ agents.
• Lead operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Formalize continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
