Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an executive leader to head Call & Clinical Operations, directing a 450+ strong, 24/7 care workforce across legacy Truepill and Alto entities.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ FTEs in remote or hybrid 24/7 environments.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and licensed pharmacist (RPh).
• Expertise in process engineering, quality management, and scale-up of operations.
• Pharmacy regulatory compliance with State Boards and DEA.
• Strong change management skills in large organizational transformations.
• Strategic communication across a matrix organization and with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy Truepill and Alto, 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement and initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450 care professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and harmonize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance and adherence to state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders on launches.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
