Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a visionary VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical, uniting Truepill and Alto teams into a 24/7, 450+ person network delivering compassionate, compliant patient engagement while balancing cost and quality.

Reporting to the COO, you will scale infrastructure to support rapid growth, drive inbound resolution and outbound revenue strategies, and partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches

Qualifikationen

• Executive leadership with 10+ years leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 env.
• Pharmacy background; licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with state board in at least one state.
• Operational excellence in process engineering, quality management, scaling pharmacy ops.
• Compliance with pharmacy regs and interaction with regulatory bodies.
• Change management skills to drive organizational transformations.
• Strategic communication to influence across a matrix organization.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and clinicians.
• Harmonize processes to standardize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and state board/DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and other leaders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
