Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the 24/7 clinical call center and pharmacy operations across Truepill and Alto entities.

The role directs a 450+ workforce of agents, pharmacists, nurses, and social workers to ensure compassionate, compliant patient engagement and high-quality service. Reporting to the COO, this executive will scale infrastructure, balance cost and quality, drive SLAs, and align launches with product and compliance leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote/hybrid staff in 24/7 high-volume settings.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Strong regulatory and compliance expertise with State Boards and DEA.
• Proven change-management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Clinical Call and Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and KPI delivery.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across large work-from-home teams.
• Maintain compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance on launches.
• Develop and mentor senior leadership team.
