Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7, 450+ person team across clinical call and pharmacy operations. The role balances cost, quality, and service levels while driving strategic initiatives and compliance across legacy TruePill and Alto entities.

candidate will scale operations, optimize staffing, and foster compassionate, compliant patient engagement while partnering with cross-functional leadership to align product, legal, HR, and finance milestones.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy ops in high-growth, matrixed orgs.
Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto; unify a 450+ agent workforce with 24/7 coverage.
Drive operational maturity, patient engagement, and high-priority clinical/business initiatives.
Lead staffing, capacity planning, quality programs, and regulatory compliance; align launch timelines with readiness.
