Lazada is seeking a seasoned Analytics professional to join the Vouchers and User Incentive Team in San Francisco. You will design voucher mechanics with regional stakeholders, align campaigns with growth targets, and experiment with AB-testing to drive efficiency.

You will execute plans from voucher creation to onsite setup, monitor performance and budget, and develop governance and dashboards across countries.

Qualifications

• Excellent business acumen with data-driven approach and ability to translate findings into actions.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort with quantitative datasets and insights.
• Experience in analytics, performance marketing, or promotions management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design voucher mechanics strategy with regional stakeholders and align with targets; include AB-testing.
• Execute voucher creation to onsite setup and monitor performance, as well as budget tracking.
• Optimise processes to monitor mechanics performance and guide spend allocation.
• Support cross-country analysis to refine budget and share best practices with teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop governance, SOPs, and dashboards for visibility.
• Engage senior stakeholders to review strategies impacting country performance.
