Job summary

Menlo Ventures in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive advertising investments within a cluster portfolio through the Sponsored Solutions suite. You will partner with segment leaders and the sales team to optimize Lazada ad performance and revenue.

You will educate internal teams on unique selling points, review campaign performance with data-driven recommendations, and serve as the single point of contact for Sponsored Solutions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-6 years of experience in account management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and timely delivery.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Strong Excel and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment leaders and the sales team to drive advertising investment for the assigned cluster portfolio.
• Pitch and introduce Sponsored Solutions to the sales team to drive ad performance for Lazada sellers.
• Educate internal teams on selling points of each solution through workshops and training.
• Review campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to improve performance and revenue.
• Lead weekly and monthly reviews of Lazada Sponsored Solutions with the sales team to steer performance.
• Monitor category performance metrics across solutions and identify benchmarks and optimization guidelines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Sponsored Solutions for the assigned cluster portfolio.
