Job summary

You will drive root-cause analyses, define action plans with cross-functional teams, run ad-hoc studies and dashboards, oversee strategic programs, and present insights in monthly executive reviews, AI-driven optimizations, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or business field.
• 7+ years in project management, strategy & operations, and performance steering.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver complex analysis to leadership.
• Proficiency with data tools; SQL and Excel required.
• Experience in cross-functional, cross-regional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue planning and performance steering for Lazada Monetization (SEA).
• Create business cases, analyze data, and track performance metrics.
• Perform root-cause analyses and define action plans with stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and reports for senior management.
• Present insights via dashboards and lead executive business reviews.
• Identify strategic programs, governance structures, and SOPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and prioritise multiple workstreams.
• Drive AI-powered automation and operational excellence initiatives.
