Job summary

Abuse Refuge Org is seeking a dedicated volunteer Onboarding & Offboarding Supervisor to lead processes for onboarding and offboarding coordinators. This fully remote position requires 12–15 hours per week commitment.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR acumen and excellent organizational skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and be available for long-term volunteer service. This role is vital in improving the organizational support for victims of abuse, aligning with the company's mission to provide education and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to coordinators.
