LA28 is seeking a Manager, Volunteer Experience to shape the volunteer journey for thousands of individuals from Pre-Games through Games-time. You will lead the Volunteer Experience Center operations, oversee the Volunteer Support Crew, and collaborate with the Volunteer Program team to deliver a comprehensive, rewarding volunteer experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing volunteer programs or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in volunteer operations.
• Experience delivering live events of varying sizes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the Volunteer Experience Center.
• Lead Volunteer Support Crew and coordinate staff.
• Serve as primary point of contact at the VXC for volunteers and staff.
• Manage volunteer assessments and training activities.
