Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks a Telecommunications Specialist to support data/voice services across the SECU enterprise. The role includes coordinating data cabling for new branches and managing orders via vendor portals.

Candidates should have 2+ years in Telecommunications (SIP Trunk/VoIP) and strong project management skills. A Bachelor’s in CS/MIS/Business is preferred, ITIL familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Telecommunications with SIP Trunk/VoIP field.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• 40%: Coordinate data/voice orders and data cabling for new branches; track orders via vendor portals; test and turn up data circuits.
• 20%: Maintain database of all Term IDs used by branches/operation center; generate monthly GEN Memo for new branches and ATM de-installs; coordinate with internal departments for timely processing.
• 10%: Update technical and procedural documentation.
• 10%: Coordinate and support port orders.
• 10%: Coordinate support of ATM renames, de-installs and moves.
• 10%: Engage in available learning resources to enhance skillset.
