Job summary

SECU is seeking a Telecommunications provisioning specialist to ensure timely delivery of data and voice services across the enterprise. The role requires managing orders, tracking equipment and cabling, and supporting test and turn-up activities for new branches.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SIP Trunk/VoIP, strong project management, and solid IT knowledge. Hybrid work model with one in-office day per month is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in Telecommunications with SIP Trunk/VoIP field.
• Project management skills to assist in open projects with management and the ability to manage large projects and provide clear communication to management and users.
• Strong knowledge of LEC/CLEC & IXC connectivity and infrastructure.
• Excellent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork and leadership.
• Customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data/voice orders and cabling to support opening new branches; track via vendor portals.
• Maintain database of Term IDs for branches and operation centers; prepare monthly GEN Memo.
• Update technical and procedural documentation.
• Coordinate and support port orders.
• Coordinate ATM renames, de-installs and moves.
• Pursue available learning resources to enhance skillset.
