Job summary

Century Distribution Systems seeks a Program Specialist Customer Success to manage supply chain services through the VIZIV® platform. You will coordinate support for assigned customers, identify operational problems, and contribute to SOP updates while maintaining close client communication.

The role requires hands-on use of VIZIV® and SQL for data tasks, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. On-site work in the U.S. supporting multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of supply chain management and Century's VIZIV® system.
• Proficient with SQL for data requests and reporting.
• Strong operational problem solving and customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational customer support and monitoring for assigned accounts.
• Reviews and monitors communications to maintain updated account status.
• Communicates issues clearly to resolve operational problems with customers and Century offices.
• Explains origin operations clearly to customers; escalates major issues as needed.
• Keeps SOPs and addendums updated and coordinated with Sales when needed.
• Attends customer meetings and prepares material for discussions.
