Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a customer success or account management role.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking to align IT solutions with customer needs.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects from requirements through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management for Amazon-focused customers.
• Oversee IT project development and deployment of VIZIV modules.
• Collaborate with IT/Development to optimize processes and delivery.
• Prepare and present customer roadmaps and status updates.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.
